Action

1. In the Joomla backend, goto Extentions->Plugin Manager
2. Look in the list for the entry "System - Email As Username" and click on the green tick to the left of it, to disable the system plugin. This will automatically disable the companion authentication plugin as well
3. Goto Extentions->Install / Uninstall
4. Click on Plugins
5. Look for "System - Email As Username" once more, and place a tick in the box which corresponds to that entry.
6. Click on Uninstall in the top right*
7. Check in /plugins/system to see if the lunarplugin folder has been removed, if it has not, remove it manually
8. If you are also upgrading the Authentication plugin, then goto Extentions->Install / Uninstall as before, but this time uninstall "Authentication - Email As Username", tick the relavent box, and click uninstall
9. Click on Install
10. Select the updated package, and choose upload and install
11. Enable the plugin in the plugin manager, the Authenication plugin will be automatically enabled at the same time

* Please note that you may need to manually remove the /plugins/system/lunarplugin folder before you will be able to install the new version
